End User Licence Agreement
1. Licence Grant
Underscore Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our software and services in accordance with your active subscription plan.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute our software; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services; (c) sublicence or resell access to your account; (d) use the software to develop a competing product.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in Underscore Labs software remain with us. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Updates & Modifications
We may update our software at any time. Updates are included in your subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
5. Account Sharing
Each licence is for a single user. Sharing account credentials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Underscore Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use our software.
8. Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our software.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
