Underscore Labs provides automation tools, monitoring software, and related infrastructure for online resellers. Our services include but are not limited to checkout automation, inventory monitoring, proxy management, and analytics.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering our software, reselling access without authorisation, or using our tools for any unlawful purpose.
5. Payment & Billing
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content provided by Underscore Labs are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for their intended purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Underscore Labs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
